Ratnakar Kumar wins Best Producer, Mahi Srivastava named Best Actress, Ranjan Sinha bags Best PRO Award
The glamour of Bhojpuri cinema lit up Mumbai as the 10th Sabrang Bhojpuri Film Awards 2025–26 took place in grand style. The night clearly belonged to producer Ratnakar Kumar’s film ‘Jaya’, which emerged as the biggest winner of the evening.
Based on women empowerment, ‘Jaya’ stole hearts and dominated the awards by winning Best Film, Best Producer (Ratnakar Kumar), Best Actress (Mahi Srivastava), and Best Supporting Actor (Dayashankar Pandey). The film’s PRO Ranjan Sinha was once again honored as Best PRO, recognizing his consistent contribution to Bhojpuri film publicity.
Speaking about the film’s success, producer Ratnakar Kumar shared,
“Jaya deserves every bit of this recognition. The film’s concept and execution are a result of pure teamwork and sincerity. We always aim to make cinema that entertains as well as inspires.”
Lead actress Mahi Srivastava, who won Best Actress, expressed her happiness on social media, calling the honor “deeply special.” She thanked the film’s team and her fans for their love, adding that she hopes to continue delivering strong performances in the future.
The awards night turned into a star-studded affair, graced by Mega Star and MP Manoj Tiwari as chief guest, along with Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirahua’, Amrapali Dubey, Yash Kumar Mishra, Manoj Singh Tiger, and several other leading Bhojpuri celebrities.
Celebrating its 10th glorious edition, the Sabrang Bhojpuri Film Awards has become one of the most respected platforms in the industry. And with ‘Jaya’ sweeping top honors, it once again proves that strong storytelling and honest filmmaking can elevate Bhojpuri cinema to new heights.
